Return Policy – HaRVey Products
Harvey XT3 Industries strives to ensure that our customers receive only the highest quality service and merchandise. However, we realize that you may wish to return an item. Please carefully read this Return Policy to see if your item meets the criteria for an acceptable return.
- Returns Accepted: Both defective and non-defective products.
- Exchanges: Not accepted.
- Condition: Must be new and unused.
- Return Window: 30 days from the purchase date.
- Return Method: By mail (customer is responsible for return shipping).
- Restocking Fee: 10% of the product price.
- Refund Processing: Processed within 10 days after receipt of the return.
Full Return Policy
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Harvey XT3 Industries will accept the return of UNOPENED and UNUSED products within 30 days of the date of the delivery. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Return Material Authorization (RMA) numbers are required for a return and will be issued by a Harvey XT3 Customer Service Representative for all approved returns. Products returned without an RMA number will NOT be accepted.
Harvey XT3 Industries will NOT accept returns in other than ORIGINAL UNUSED condition. ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN USED MAY NOT BE RETURNED.

Shipping Charges
Shipping Charges from the original order will not be refunded. Credits for returned merchandise will not include the original shipping charges. Customers are also responsible for paying shipping charges to return the item(s) to Harvey XT3 Industries.
Return Shipping Charges
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.

For faster processing, you can also email this form to [email protected] along with the tracking number of your return shipment.
Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Cancellations
If you order products or services and cancel your order before the item is shipped or the service is completed you may be subject to a 5% cancellation fee.
Missing, Incorrect, or Damaged Items
We request that you contact us before you ship us back any missing, incorrect or damaged items upon delivery. We will give you the option of a refund, credit towards a future purchase, or to have the correct item shipped to you at no additional charge.
Damaged Packages: Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. DO NOT sign for a damaged package without a full inspection of its contents. All items damaged in shipment are insured. If you receive a damaged item, please contact Harvey XT3 Industries within 24 hours.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
